Meet the team

Haadi Naqvi

"I’ve have always been fascinated by complex patterns and systems with many moving parts and agents, interacting with one another and their environment.

That curiosity led me to dive deep into the intersection of physics and computational research, earning a double degree in Physics and Liberal Arts & Sciences at Utrecht University and University College Utrecht. I’ve always loved tackling complex problems—whether it's experimental work on the upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN or determining the properties of theoretical materials at Debeye Institute of Nanomaterials. I’ve enjoyed every challenge and the chance to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. Balancing my studies with work has been a big part of my journey. From creating math content at Photomath to working at the front desk at University College Utrecht, I’ve learned how to juggle multiple roles, stay adaptable, and communicate clearly. These experiences have shaped my approach to problem-solving and made me eager to explore how my skills can make a real-world impact.

When I discovered Hydryx, I knew it was where I wanted to be. The chance to work on meaningful projects with a passionate team committed to fighting climate change was too good to pass up. I’m excited to be part of a group that values innovation and creativity as much as I do.

Outside of work, I’m usually diving into new research, collecting records, or exploring the latest in physics and AI. Being at Hydryx feels like the perfect environment to keep growing, learning and making a difference."
