Started his career as a management consultant focusing on sustainability. Here he learnt about the pressing need for solutions that are both impactful and make business sense.
Driven to make a tangible impact, he founded Hydryx to provide a solution that does just that. By making clever use of existing resources and technology, he aims to make a real difference.

Joren Tangelder
Is passionate about making a lasting, sustainable and physical impact on the energy transition by implementing and aggregating existing innovations.
Has extensive knowledge of the energy sector and energy storage due to his experiences at a leading energy storage scale-up in the Netherlands.
Founded Hydryx in order to build new solutions for industries that are hard to decarbonize.
